Abi
I must say, I'm pretty impressed! Down to the taste and colour, I really enjoyed it and it works very well in an iced latte.
Chennade
I really like it. It’s got a beautiful colour and nice amount of froth to it.
Toni
Unreal matcha!! You've outdone yourself.
Georgia
Absolutely delicious!
Phil
We taste tested against OMGTeas AAA+. Smoothness is definitely there which is great. It was slightly lighter in flavour, but this isn’t a bad thing. Overall it was great and we would like to order.
Erum
The matcha has been a huge hit! Customers are saying it is better than Blank Street! Our staff members have said it was one of the best matchas they have tasted and really enjoyed the flavour (rather than having to force themselves to drink it like with some matcha out there).
Josh
Thanks for sending the samples, I was super impressed. We did some sampling this week and you'll be happy to know that I have decided to go with you guys, it was apparent from the moment I saw the powder I'd like yours more.

Single-Origin Japanese Matcha. Our matcha is 100% Japanese, sourced from a fifth-generation family-owned tea farm in Shizuoka. It is freshly ground and packed at source to ensure maximum freshness.
Third-Party Laboratory Tested. Every batch is tested by a third-party laboratory covering pesticides, heavy metals, microbiology, and mycotoxins to guarantee there are no contaminants.

Discover answers to common questions about our authentic Japanese matcha, from sourcing and grades to preparation, storage, and delivery.
What is our minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is just 1kg for matcha and 250g for hojicha. We handle shipments to some customers in tons, and work with one of the largest matcha tea producers in Japan so there won’t be any issue with handling extremely large quantities – but please do enquire to see how we can work together.
What is our wholesale pricing structure?
Even for just a single 1kg bag our matcha is better priced than our competitors. Additionally, we offer wholesale discounts when you purchase multiple bags to ensure you won’t find these prices from anyone else. If ordering more than 5kg in a single order, or if you want to lock in regular deliveries, please enquire for a bespoke quote: hello@matchwholesale.co.uk. Pricing is subject to change.
Do we have a COA and proof of origin?
Absolutely – we have strict import procedures in place to ensure every batch can be traced back to its origin in Japan and that every batch has been tested for pesticides, heavy metals, microbiology and mycotoxins. These can be provided with each batch ordered to ensure all of your own strict sourcing requirements are met.
Are there any locations we do not cover?
We’re happy to ship outside of the UK. If you’re ordering internationally, please get in touch with us for a custom shipping quote and delivery details. We would love to hear from you and would be happy to explore options to meet your requirements if we can do so.
We use third party providers to deliver our matcha and ship to each customer based on your requirements. We can be flexible to suit your timeline and budget for small single 1kg deliveries up to multiple large pallet-sized shipments. We can arrange for regular scheduled deliveries if required, as well as flexible delivery timings.
